安省采用加錯誤分制，最高錯誤分爲15分，可是當你得到9分時，警察就會找你談話，看認錯態度，如果認錯態度好，願意改正，去掉5分，還保留4分。警察在給你開罰單時，並不提到的幾點錯誤分，你自己“對號入座”就知道是的幾分了。
7分:
Failing to remain at the scene of a collision------私自逃離事故現場;
Failing to stop when signalled/requested by a police officer------沒有服從警察的截停.
6分:
Careless Driving------胡亂開車；
Racing------飚車；
Exceeding the speed limit by 50 km/h or more------超速50km/h或以上；
Failing to stop for a school bus------沒停下來讓校車。
5分:
Driver of a bus failing to stop at an unprotected railway crossing------公共汽車司機沒有在無管制鐵路路口之前停車
4分:
Exceeding the speed limit by 30 to 49 km/h------超速30-49km/h；
Following too closely------跟車距離太近。
3分:
Exceeding the speed limit by 16 to 29 km/h------超速16-29公裏；
Driving through, around or under a railway crossing barrier------在鐵路欄杆下面鑽過或繞過欄杆橫過鐵路；
Failing to yield the right-of-way------沒有讓出路權；
Failing to obey a stop sign, traffic control stop/slow sign, traffic light or railway crossing signal------停牌不停,不遵守其他交通管制標志(交通管理停牌/慢行牌)或信號(交通燈/鐵路道口信號)；
Failing to obey the directions of a police officer------不服從警察的指示；
Driving the wrong way on a divided road------在分岔路口開進逆行道上；
Failing to report a collision to a police officer------發生事故不報案；
Improper driving when road is divided into lanes------駛入錯誤的車道；
Crowding the driver's seat------擠占駕駛員座位；
Going the wrong way on a one-way road------在單行道上逆行；
Driving or operating a vehicle on a closed road------在已關閉的道路上行駛；
Crossing a divided road where no proper crossing is provided------在不適宜穿越的條件下強行穿越岔路；
Failing to slow and carefully pass a stopped emergency vehicle------沒有讓或小心駛過停下的緊急車輛（執行任務的消防車、救護車、警車）；
Failing to move, where possible, into another lane when passing a stopped emergency vehicle------當可以變線超越已停下的急救車的時候沒有做出移動；
Improper passing------不正確的超車；
Improper use of high occupancy vehicle lane------不正確駕駛在共乘車道；
2分:
Improper opening of a vehicle door------不恰當地開車門；
Prohibited turns------在禁止轉彎處轉彎；
Towing people on toboggans, bicycles, skis, etc.------在拖挂的雪橇,自行車,滑板上乘坐人；
Failing to obey signs------不遵守交通標志；
Failing to stop at a pedestrian crossing------人行橫道不停；
Failing to share the road------未能與其他車輛讓路；
Improper right turn------不正確的右轉；
Improper left turn------不正確的左轉；
Failing to signal------不打信號燈；
Unnecessary slow driving------不必要的開慢車；
Reversing on a divided high-speed road------在高速岔路口上倒車；
Driver failing to wear a seat belt------司機不系安全帶；
Driver failing to ensure that a passenger less than 23 kg is properly secured------司機沒有確保體重在23kg以下的乘客的乘車安全；
Driver failing to ensure that a passenger under 16 years is wearing a seat belt------司機沒有取保16歲以下的乘客系安全帶；
Failing to lower headlamp beams------前大燈不照路面；
Backing on a highway------高速公路上倒車；
Driver failing to ensure infant/child passenger is properly secured in an appropriate child restraint system or booster seat------司機沒有確保嬰、幼兒的乘車安全(未能正確使用嬰、幼兒座椅)。
